It can just be a little tricky to get the corners at the feet staked out well. I have only set it up 3 times but I would say that it is slightly more involved than a true freestanding tent but much easier than a non-freestanding tent. It breaks down into fly, inner, stakes, and the pole (the pole has 3 arms connected by a hub and folds into one piece). The tent is easy to pack (very stuffable material) and share between two people. It's perfect for two people and probably not serviceable for 3 unless the third is a dog or a child.

Semi-freestanding (just as good as full freestanding IMO), double walled (fly is separate from inner), dual side entry, good vestibules, and it is comfortably large. The Tiger Wall U元 checks all of the boxes for us. However, you will also see a lot of people here suggesting that UL 2 person tents are rarely comfortable for two people and that 3 person tents are the way to go if you want more than minimal comfort. I believe a lot of people here would consider that lightweight and not UL at all and I would say that is fair. It's a bit heavier (I think it came out to 54oz with all of the stakes and polycro ground sheet but I was using heavier stakes and a thicker polycro than normal) but for us the pros have outweighed that. People who don't care as much about their comfort inside the tent should have few issues with the TT DR but we recently picked up a Big Agnes Tiger Wall U元. My gf and I used a Tarptent Double Rainbow a few times before deciding it was a little too small for us to really be comfortable.
